Nurse Manager – Private Hospital (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team at a top private hospital in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure delivery of quality patient care.
• Manage staffing, rosters, and workforce planning for the nursing department.
• Monitor and enforce infection control, quality assurance, and patient safety protocols.
• Coordinate with senior management to meet regulatory requirements of DHA, DOH or MOHAP.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives and mentor nursing staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN/BSc); Master’s preferred.
• Valid eligibility for a UAE nursing license (DHA, DOH or MOHAP).
• 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience.
• 2–3 years of nursing management or supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in a hospital or large healthcare facility.
