Off-Plan Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Landmark Keystone Real Estate is looking for an experienced Off‑Plan Sales Manager to lead and develop its real‑estate sales team in Dubai. The role requires deep knowledge of the local off‑plan market, strong developer relationships, and a proven ability to hit sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of off‑plan property consultants.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Support agents with client negotiations, presentations and deal closures.
• Maintain relationships with developers and identify new project opportunities.
• Monitor sales pipelines, CRM activity and individual performance.
• Coordinate with marketing to maximise lead generation and conversion.
• Participate in developer launches, exhibitions and international roadshows.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding and training new sales consultants.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real‑estate, primarily off‑plan sales.
• Proven track record of successful sales transactions and revenue generation.
• Previous experience managing or leading a real‑estate sales team.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, off‑plan projects and market trends.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to manage targets, motivate agents and deliver consistent results.
• Fluent English communication skills.
