About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate a sales team.
- Drive sales performance in both off‑plan and secondary markets.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Dubai real estate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driving licence.
