Office Driver

About the role

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a reliable and safety‑conscious Office Driver to support daily business operations in Dubai. The role involves transporting staff, clients and documents while ensuring punctuality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Safely drive employees, management, clients and visitors to meetings, offices, airports and other business locations.
• Perform office‑related errands such as document deliveries and collections.
• Plan efficient routes using GPS and navigation systems to minimise delays.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe and presentable condition, including routine inspections and reporting maintenance needs.
• Monitor fuel levels, record mileage and keep vehicle documentation up to date.
• Follow UAE traffic laws, company driving policies and maintain confidentiality of travel schedules.
• Assist with loading and unloading light office materials when required.
• Report accidents, traffic incidents or vehicle issues promptly to management.

Required profile

• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.
• 2–5 years of professional driving experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Clean driving record and strong commitment to road safety.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, courteous behaviour and a responsible attitude.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours when business needs demand.
