About the role
We are looking for a proactive Office Manager to support senior C‑suite leadership within our Strategic Operations Division in Dubai. The role combines high‑level administrative duties with strategic analysis, ensuring smooth execution of key initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide executive‑level administrative and strategic support, managing complex calendars, meetings and briefing materials.
- Assist senior leaders in preparing decision‑making documents, board presentations and strategic summaries.
- Support planning, coordination and execution of transformation programs, conducting research and consolidating data into clear reports.
- Track project milestones, flag risks and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Act as a central liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Oversee daily office administration, maintain documentation systems and handle confidential information with discretion.
Required profile
- 4–8 years of experience in executive assistance, office management or related roles.
- Prior exposure to strategy, consulting, corporate planning or advisory environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to support senior executives and manage high‑visibility projects.
