Officer Developer – Information Systems

About the role

The Officer Developer – Information Systems will support the design, development, and maintenance of internal applications that meet business needs. Working closely with end‑users, you will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient solutions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain internal software applications.
• Implement system enhancements, bug fixes and support deployment activities.
• Participate in system integration projects, including API and SAP interface development.
• Assist with database design, optimisation and management (SQL Server, Oracle).
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of software development experience.
• Basic understanding of system integration and APIs.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, AWS) are a plus.
