OHL Refurbishment Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OHL Refurbishment Project Manager to lead renovation projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all phases of refurbishment, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise refurbishment and renovation projects from initiation to close‑out.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project objectives.
• Monitor progress, quality, cost, and timelines, taking corrective actions when required.
• Review and validate drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and technical specifications.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and overall quality requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering and OHL refurbishment projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and manage complex construction contracts.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation, cost control and schedule management.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, consultants and suppliers.
