Onboarding & Public Relations Officer (PRO) – ADNOC Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Onboarding & Public Relations Officer (PRO) to support the ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing employee onboarding, visa processing, and government documentation while ensuring compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage CICPA access passes for employees, visitors and personnel in restricted areas.
• Handle employment visa applications, renewals, cancellations, status changes and visa stamping.
• Coordinate with MOHRE, Immigration, ADNOC and other government entities for work permits, labour cards, Emirates ID and medical fitness tests.
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure timely renewal of visas, passes and permits.
• Assist employees with immigration, labour and other government‑related procedures.
• Collaborate with HR, Administration, Operations and Project teams to meet government formalities within required timelines.
• Use government portals and online systems to submit, track and follow up on applications.
• Maintain compliance with UAE labour laws, immigration regulations and company policies.
• Inform management of regulatory changes affecting operations or employees.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of relevant experience in Abu Dhabi, preferably in Oil & Gas or Energy.
• Hands‑on experience with CICPA and ADNOC pass processing is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment visa, labour, immigration, Emirates ID and medical fitness procedures.
• Proven ability to work with UAE government authorities and online application systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination and document‑preparation skills.
• High accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
