Online Sales Executive – Customer-Focused Digital Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Online Sales Executive to handle digital customer interactions, generate sales, and build lasting relationships through various online channels. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, communicative, and able to meet sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, website chat, email, and other online platforms.
• Promote products and services, converting inquiries into sales.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, and delivery details.
• Process and coordinate customer orders.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure excellent service.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Update customer records and sales information.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support online promotions and campaigns.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor competitors and identify new online sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in online sales, telesales, retail sales, or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Positive, professional attitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
