About the role

Tarrad Development is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support sales operations, maintain accurate documentation, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams in Dubai. The successful candidate should be detail‑oriented, highly organized, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales documentation processes. The position is full‑time, based in Dubai, with a monthly salary between AED 5,000 and AED 8,000.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain sales documentation and administrative records.
  • Prepare sales reports and update data accurately using Microsoft Excel.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with daily administrative tasks.
  • Ensure timely processing of sales‑related documents and reports.

Required profile

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant sales‑administration experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
