Online Sales Support Executive – Furniture

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Online Sales Support Executive to drive our digital furniture sales in Dubai. The role combines customer interaction, social‑media advertising and order management to deliver a seamless online buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and website leads to understand their furniture needs.
• Recommend suitable products, prepare quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Create and manage social‑media ads to attract new customers and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product ranges, materials, customization options and market trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive follow‑up and negotiation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in furniture or interior‑design sales, preferably in the UAE market.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and customer‑centric communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for creating visual ads.
• Basic 2‑D drawing tools for product visualization.
• Working knowledge of Excel, CRM and online order‑management systems.
