On‑site Nurse – First Aid & Emergency Response

About the role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to provide on‑site medical support for a construction project in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering first aid, managing emergency response, and monitoring the health of the workforce to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and initial treatment to injured personnel.
• Coordinate emergency response, including ambulance dispatch.
• Maintain clinic supplies, medication logs, medical records, and incident reports.
• Support occupational health checks, fatigue monitoring, and heat‑stress management.
• Assist HSE teams with health campaigns, hygiene inspections, and medical fitness tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid UAE license or a transferable license.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; construction or site clinic experience preferred.
• Strong emergency response capability and disciplined reporting skills.
