On‑site Technology Support Specialist (Associate) – Dubai

About the role

EY is looking for an Associate Technology Support Specialist to join its Enterprise Technology team in Dubai. The role provides on‑site hardware, software and mobile support to EY employees, ensuring a secure and efficient working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, install, configure and test firm‑standard hardware and software.
• Handle provisioning and de‑provisioning processes for new hires and departing staff.
• Coordinate repairs, reinstall software and resolve incidents for end‑user devices.
• Identify incident trends and implement preventive measures.
• Provide after‑hours escalation support with minimal supervision.
• Perform asset management activities including procurement, inventory tracking and distribution.
• Support off‑site technology needs for meetings, events, office moves and relocations.
• Act as “remote hands” for other EY Technology teams such as Telecommunications and Hosting.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in end‑user technology support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to prioritize incidents and work independently while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
