Operational Risk Associate (Graduate)

About the role

We are seeking an Operational Risk Associate to join ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi. This graduate role supports the implementation of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework, focusing initially on incident management and related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to the Operational Risk Management team across all matters.
• Assist businesses in managing operational risk incidents, losses, and issues, ensuring timely action implementation.
• Help identify and assess key operational risk exposures and key risk indicators in line with ADIB’s ORM framework.
• Support data collation, reporting, and monitoring of operational risk profiles using the Group’s risk platform.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of ORM tools such as Risk & Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA), KRIs, and incident management processes.

Required profile

• UAE national fresh graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Highly self‑motivated, quick learner with a solid work ethic and desire for self‑development.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
