About the role
Transbay Logistics LLC is looking for an Operations Executive to manage daily logistics activities at its JAFZA facility in Dubai. The role involves coordinating land, sea and air freight operations, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate documentation in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations and shipment execution across land, sea and air modes.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors and internal teams to support timely deliveries.
- Monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of UAE logistics‑operations experience.
- Experience handling land, sea and air freight.
- Strong coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
