Stores Assistant

About the role

Gradiant is seeking a detail‑oriented Stores Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations in its Dubai facility. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining materials while ensuring accurate stock records and efficient store management.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Store and label materials in designated locations for easy identification.
• Issue materials to production and other departments based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or manual registers and conduct periodic stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, damages or discrepancies, and support inventory audits.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety standards within the store and warehouse areas.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in stores, warehouse or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent with computer literacy.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English.
