Operations Executive – Team Lead for Amazon Now (UAE National)

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead to manage Amazon Now operations in the UAE. You will help build and scale a new fast‑delivery service across the MENA region, ensuring operational excellence from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites, supervising store activities.
• Achieve customer‑facing metrics while meeting cost targets and maintaining safety and team morale.
• Drive performance management, develop and deliver training plans for associates.
• Continuously improve operational processes and sustain performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits in stores.
• Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Experience in a logistics or operations environment is preferred.
