Operations Manager

About the role

A highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager is sought to lead and oversee operational activities, ensuring efficient project execution, optimal use of resources and high standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction. The position is based on site in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple projects and business functions
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and profitability
• Ensure projects meet company standards, client requirements and contractual obligations
• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies and HSE standards
• Prepare operational reports, performance metrics and management presentations
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve operational challenges with recommendations to senior management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field; a master's degree or professional certification is an advantage
• Proven experience in operations management within the UAE
• 10-15 years of experience
• Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, plus strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
