The Operations Manager – Logistics will lead daily logistics and transportation activities for a company based in Dubai, UAE. This senior‑level role ensures smooth workflow across drivers, warehouse staff and internal teams while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Plan and coordinate deliveries, shipments, fleet movements and schedules.
• Manage drivers, warehouse staff and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor delivery timelines, route planning and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, transporters and internal departments.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery, transportation and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation for shipments, deliveries and vehicle operations.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transportation, safety and logistics regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet or operations management.
• Previous experience managing logistics teams and daily operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE logistics and transportation processes.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
