Operations & Office Coordinator

About the role

The Operations & Office Coordinator supports the regional leadership team in delivering smooth, efficient operations for Ladurée’s locations. Working closely with the Regional Operations Director, Operations Manager and various culinary and quality managers, the role acts as the administrative backbone, ensuring information flows seamlessly across stores and departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and logistical support to the regional management team, including meeting scheduling, report preparation and tracker maintenance.
• Facilitate coordination between savory and pastry teams for recipe management, menu updates and product launches.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with documentation, reporting and follow‑up on audit actions.
• Support the Regional Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, product launches and in‑store activations.
• Collaborate with the Regional Training Manager to organise training programmes and track completion.
• Serve as the central point of contact for communication between stores, regional offices and support departments.
• Oversee onboarding processes in partnership with HR, Operations and Training.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different functions.
• Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining company standards.
