About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Staff member to join our international freight forwarding company in Dubai. The role involves coordinating daily shipment activities, ensuring smooth cargo movement, and maintaining accurate shipping documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day import and export operations.
- Prepare and process freight forwarding documentation accurately.
- Coordinate shipments with customers, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
- Handle DDU, DDP, DAP, and Free Hand shipment operations.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in freight forwarding operations.
- Strong knowledge of import and export procedures.
- Self‑driven, responsible and able to work independently.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Required skills
