About the role
Amazon is expanding its Operations team in the UAE. As an Operations Supervisor you will lead shift management at a first‑mile fulfillment centre, middle‑mile sortation centre or final‑mile delivery station, ensuring safe, efficient and on‑time order processing.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
- Manage and train associates to deliver high‑quality service.
- Ensure customer orders meet quality and safety guidelines.
- Provide shift‑related information to frontline management and adjust labor allocation to exceed forecasts.
- Collaborate with support functions to address performance issues such as 5S, safety, and training.
- Analyze data and drive process optimisation to solve logistics challenges.
Required profile
- Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
- High school diploma.
- UAE national eligibility.
