Operator – Powder Coating Production

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Operator to join our powder‑coating production line in Dubai. The role involves preparing aluminium components, operating coating and curing equipment, and ensuring that finished parts meet our strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, mask and arrange aluminium parts for surface treatment.
• Set up, operate and monitor powder‑coating and curing machines.
• Record production data and inspect coated items for defects.
• Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing operations, preferably in metal finishing or powder coating.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, with flexibility for shift work or overtime.
• Good physical stamina, manual dexterity and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Fluent Arabic language skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
