Production Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in Dubai. The role focuses on optimizing processes, ensuring quality, and achieving production targets safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily production activities and develop schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Monitor output, productivity, quality, downtime and costs while leading teams to meet operational targets.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure resource availability.
• Identify bottlenecks and operational risks, implement corrective actions and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production records, KPIs and performance dashboards and support budgeting and capacity planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in production, manufacturing or operations management, preferably in UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record of managing production teams and optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma and workplace safety compliance.

Required skills

• ERP, MRP and MES or other manufacturing management systems.
• Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Continuous‑improvement tools and capacity management.
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification (preferred).
