Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Finance Techno-Functional Consultant will design, configure, and support Oracle Financials modules for NMC Healthcare. You will work closely with finance teams, IT developers and external partners to deliver scalable solutions that meet both functional and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Configure and support Oracle modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.
• Produce functional specifications, solution documentation and user manuals.
• Provide techno‑functional support for issues, enhancements and upgrades.
• Develop and review technical design documents, SQL queries, reports and workflows.
• Coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Integrate Oracle Financials with HRMS, SCM, CRM and other systems.
• Monitor performance, resolve data issues and optimise finance processes.
• Deliver user training, workshops and post‑go‑live support.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, audit and security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or related field.
• Oracle Certified Professional – Financials preferred.
• PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, asset lifecycle).

Required skills

• Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management).
• PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher.
• SQL query development and report creation.
• API, web services and middleware integration experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
