Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

About the role

Midis Group is seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join its project team in Dubai. You will work closely with other consultants and report directly to the project manager, focusing on backend integration for Oracle e‑Business Suite modules.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain REST and SOAP web services for Oracle e‑Business Suite.
• Perform requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and test PL/SQL objects such as packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Implement and support interfaces for loading data into Oracle applications.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules (SSHR, Core HR, OLM, PMS, i‑Recruitment).
• Work with Oracle AME, SOA Gateway, OAF pages, and XML Publisher reports.
• Conduct unit and integrated testing and document results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Applications R12, especially HCM and custom modules.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
