Oracle Learning Technology Consultant (Contract)

About the role

Infopro Learning seeks an experienced Oracle Learning Technology Consultant to provide strategic advice and coaching to a large, regulated organization. The role is fully remote within the Middle East, with occasional short trips to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on Oracle LMS (Oracle Learning Cloud) strategy, including course catalog design, learning paths, certifications, and compliance training.
• Coach internal L&D, HR, and IT teams to build their capability to manage the Oracle LMS platform independently.
• Design scalable learning workflows in partnership with stakeholders.
• Guide integration of Oracle LMS with third‑party content providers such as Udemy Business and Harvard ManageMentor, and with adjacent systems like Oracle HCM.
• Provide consultative input throughout the project lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, rollout planning, and post‑go‑live support.
• Interpret training effectiveness reports and advise on actions to improve compliance and learner engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising or consulting on Oracle Learning Management (Oracle LMS / Oracle Learning Cloud) in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and upskill internal teams rather than performing the work yourself.
• Strong understanding of learning technology architecture and regulated industry contexts (e.g., aviation, aerospace) is a plus.
