Oracle Technical Consultant - Lead

About the role

We are seeking a senior Oracle Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of reporting and integration solutions on Oracle Cloud platforms. The role will focus on healthcare‑specific ERP integrations and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reporting solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC extracts and Oracle Analytics Cloud, including custom data models and dashboards.
• Architect and implement scalable integration solutions between Oracle Cloud ERP, Fusion Applications and external healthcare systems (e.g., Insta, Cerner, EPIC).
• Design and build integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, adapters and orchestrations.
• Support data migration via FBDI/HDL, handling errors, performance tuning and alignment with analytics teams.
• Define best practices for data consistency, transformation and validation across Oracle Cloud and third‑party systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into robust integration designs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise integration performance to ensure high availability.
• Lead impact assessments for Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and maintain integration compatibility.
• Produce technical documentation, including specifications, architecture diagrams and API definitions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in integration solution architecture and large‑scale enterprise implementations.
• Proven track record leading complex Oracle Fusion Cloud integration projects.
• Experience with healthcare ERP integrations (Insta, Cerner, EPIC) is desirable.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and GDPR.
