About the role
Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As an Order Taker at the Osmo Lounge & Bar in Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, you will not only process in‑room dining orders but also create memorable experiences that brighten each guest’s stay.
Key responsibilities
- Answer Room Service calls promptly and courteously.
- Capture food and beverage orders accurately in the point‑of‑sale system.
- Master the menu, promotions and specials to assist guests confidently.
- Upsell sides, desserts, drinks and special offers.
- Process payments, reconcile checks and handle cash according to accounting guidelines.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering warm hospitality.

- Ownership and a sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Accurate cash handling and payment reconciliation.
