About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As an Order Taker at the Osmo Lounge & Bar in Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, you will not only process in‑room dining orders but also create memorable experiences that brighten each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

Answer Room Service calls promptly and courteously.
Capture food and beverage orders accurately in the point‑of‑sale system.
Master the menu, promotions and specials to assist guests confidently.
Upsell sides, desserts, drinks and special offers.
Process payments, reconcile checks and handle cash according to accounting guidelines.

Required profile

Passion for delivering warm hospitality.
Integrity and accountability.
Leadership mindset and teamwork orientation.
Ownership and a sense of urgency.

Required skills

Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
Accurate cash handling and payment reconciliation.
