Organizational Change Manager – Airlines

About the role

Cognizant is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to lead change initiatives for a new catering system implementation within its Airlines operations. The role focuses on designing and executing change management strategies that drive employee engagement and adoption of new ways of working across fast‑paced operational departments.

Key responsibilities

• Apply a structured change management methodology to support employees and stakeholders in adopting new processes.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments for different stakeholder groups and develop tailored implementation plans.
• Design creative approaches to embed change across diverse workforces, including large, non‑captive, and shift‑based teams.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior leaders on change‑related decisions.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive communication plans for the change programme.
