OT Cybersecurity Associate Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Associate Manager to lead and support OT cybersecurity consulting engagements. You will work directly with clients, vendors, and technical specialists to translate security requirements into practical solutions and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end OT cybersecurity projects, including maturity assessments, gap analysis, risk reviews and control evaluations.
• Develop cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, operating models, policies and transformation plans.
• Design security architectures and produce technical artefacts such as high‑level and low‑level designs, solution specifications and implementation plans.
• Support configuration, integration and deployment of cybersecurity technologies and ensure successful handover.
• Facilitate client workshops, technical discussions and stakeholder presentations.

Required profile

• 8–13 years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Proven experience delivering advisory, engineering, design or implementation engagements.
• Ability to create high‑quality deliverables such as assessment reports, architectures, roadmaps and technical documentation.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity strategy, risk, governance, architecture and technology.
• Experience with high‑level and low‑level design documentation (HLD, LLD).
• Knowledge of cloud security, network security, IAM, SOC, application security, data security and GRC.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+).
