OTC Sales Representative

About the role

The OTC Sales Representative will promote and sell PAXAS Pharmaceuticals' over‑the‑counter health and beauty products to pharmacies, retailers, e‑commerce partners and other healthcare‑related outlets. This is a full‑time remote position focused on driving product visibility and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct virtual sales calls and follow‑ups with pharmacies, retailers and distributors.
• Present product features and benefits, negotiate pricing and terms.
• Support account management activities and maintain accurate sales records.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product visibility across channels.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare regular reports and share customer feedback.

Required profile

• Strong OTC sales and account management experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or consumer health.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with pharmacies, retailers and distributors, including remote and online channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills for virtual meetings.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or related field preferred; sales experience may substitute formal education.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory.
