Outbound Sales – Renewal & Cross‑Sell Specialist

About the role
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist to drive motor insurance renewals, retain customers and cross‑sell additional insurance products for Orient Insurance PJSC, part of the Al‑Futtaim Group in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to secure motor insurance renewals.
- Prepare quotations, follow‑up with prospects, confirm details and support policy issuance.
- Identify opportunities and cross‑sell complementary insurance products.
- Achieve renewal conversion, premium and productivity KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and log call notes.
- Escalate complex cases to underwriting or claims teams when required.
Required profile
- Strong sales and communication abilities.
- Proven persuasion, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on high‑quality service.
- Experience in outbound sales or insurance is preferred.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
