Outdoor Sales Executive

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Executive will represent Right Way Accounting & Bookkeeping L.L.C in Dubai, promoting and selling our accounting and bookkeeping services directly to businesses and individual customers. This full‑time position involves active field work and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customers and businesses to promote and sell company products or services.
• Conduct daily door‑to‑door sales activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Present products, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management regarding customer feedback and market trends.
• Attend meetings and product training sessions.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in outdoor or field sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills (English required, Hindi a plus).
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Effective time‑management abilities.
• Driving licence is optional but considered an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
