Outlet Manager – All Day Dining

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles The Palm Dubai as the Outlet Manager for the All Day Dining venue. Reporting to the Assistant Director/Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee daily operations, uphold the brand’s high standards, and drive staff development in a prestigious resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate, discipline, direct and supervise all outlet staff.
• Develop and maintain training programmes to ensure professional service standards.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, including service flow, inventory and guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints and execute effective service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with Food & Beverage policies, procedures and accounting standards.
• Maintain full product knowledge across the team.
• Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage quality.
• Hold monthly one‑to‑one staff meetings to set targets, review performance and update logs.
• Conduct daily role‑plays and monitor adherence to service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a food‑and‑beverage outlet in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on staff development and fair personnel management.
• Excellent understanding of F&B operational standards, quality control and accounting procedures.
• Ability to resolve guest issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction levels.
