Outlet Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

WAKA Restaurant, part of Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort, is looking for a dynamic Outlet Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Ras Al‑Khaimah. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise, train and motivate a diverse team, handling scheduling, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain high‑quality food and beverage service standards and ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Control food costs, labour expenses and overall budget, analysing sales data to develop revenue‑growth strategies.
• Manage inventory, supplier relationships and ordering of food and beverage supplies.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to sustain satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven experience in restaurant or hospitality outlet management.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities with a focus on team development.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and make sound decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) technology.
• Experience in inventory management and supplier coordination.
