Outlet Manager – Thai Restaurant (Preferred)

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the daily operations of the hotel’s Thai restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high service standards, and strong financial performance. Reporting to hotel management, you will motivate the team to deliver authentic Thai hospitality while upholding the brand’s quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant operations to achieve efficient and profitable performance.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate and develop restaurant management and service teams.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules and workforce requirements.
• Monitor sales, budgets, beverage cost, labour and operational cost, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Review operational performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, cost control, cash management and financial reporting.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure effective service recovery.
• Coordinate with other departments and support marketing, promotions and business development.
• Conduct regular staff training, performance evaluations and maintain restaurant facilities and equipment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 6–8 years of restaurant experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
• Pre‑opening experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financial management and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team development abilities.
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and operational compliance.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
