Outlet Supervisor – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Outlet Supervisor ensures guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous service of food and beverage orders across restaurants and room service. You will lead a team, maintain high service standards, and uphold Minor Hotels’ brand values in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of all restaurant and room‑service orders, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Open and close shifts according to the manager’s checklist and enforce Minor Hotels service standards.
• Manage staff schedules, handle call‑outs, last‑minute bookings, and daily team‑member relations.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and oversee inventory control and stock management.
• Execute revenue and check‑control procedures, including cash handling and POS transactions.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members, ensuring consistent uniform standards and performance.
• Address guest concerns on the floor, providing solutions to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance programs through work orders and inspections.
