Outlet Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Outlet Supervisor to join our team at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. You will ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional customer service in our food and beverage outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Train, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure excellent performance and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and maintain quality control for all food and beverage items served.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to meet budgetary goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage time‑off requests.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns.
• Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, record‑keeping, and cash management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or food and beverage outlet operations, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and practices.
• Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the food service industry.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
