Outlets Manager – Cordelia & Dip Pool Bar

About the role

The Outlets Manager will oversee the Cordelia all‑day dining restaurant and the Dip Pool Bar at St. Regis Dubai, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage staff across both outlets, covering service, bar, and room‑service areas.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory control and cost management.
• Maintain high sanitation and service standards, conducting regular checks.
• Support servers and hosts during peak periods and step in to perform duties when needed.
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver coaching programs.
• Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with all food‑and‑beverage policies, health regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years experience.
• Proven background in all‑day dining or multi‑outlet food‑and‑beverage operations.
