Overheads Controlling Manager - MENA

About the role

Danone MENA is seeking an Overheads Controlling Manager to be based in Dubai. The role is responsible for organizing resources and delivering accurate overheads reporting, payroll approval, and forecasting across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Approve monthly payroll and ensure timely processing.
• Produce a monthly Overheads Dashboard with YTD comparison to prior year and rolling forecast.
• Build and maintain the Overheads bridge, analysing variances against prior year and latest forecast.
• Generate Magnitude reports for scheduled accounts, both actual and forecast.
• Upload forecast data to Essbase and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR to keep people‑cost data up‑to‑date.
• Circulate monthly Travel & Expenses (T&E) reports to CODI.
• Manage the monthly closing process for overheads and approve purchase orders for non‑personnel costs.
• Handle yearly X‑charges for the Dubai hosted team and validate IS/IT cost allocations.
• Identify productivity opportunities and track value‑creation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance controlling or business controlling within a multinational FMCG environment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
