Senior Tax Quality Consultant – MENA Region

About the role

EY is looking for a proactive Senior Consultant to join the MENA Tax Quality team in Dubai. The role supports regional and global Tax Quality programs, focusing on project coordination, reporting, communications and implementation across the Tax Quality Review program.

Key responsibilities

• Support Tax Quality Review (TQR) planning, scheduling and delivery across MENA.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, documentation and system access.
• Track progress, findings, remediation and follow‑up actions, escalating delays when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports and status updates.
• Support post‑review reporting, lessons learned, training and continuous improvement.
• Prepare presentations and dashboards highlighting key themes and improvement opportunities.
• Support technology and operational initiatives, including EYI MyDocs, Client Collaboration and the MENA TQ SharePoint site.
• Assist the wider TQ team on other projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in compliance, quality review, internal audit, legal or risk management.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, problem‑solving and time‑keeping abilities.
• High degree of flexibility, professionalism and integrity.

Required skills

• Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office suite.
• Power BI or other analytics platforms.
• SharePoint site management.
• EYI MyDocs and Client Collaboration tools.
• Reporting tools and dashboard creation.
• Handling large datasets and status reporting.
