About the role

Accor's Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is looking for a skilled Painter to maintain and enhance the aesthetic appeal of its facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute painting projects in public spaces, guest rooms, and exterior surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results and maintain consistency.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers with precision.
• Perform touch‑ups and repairs on existing painted surfaces.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and care for painting tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate painting schedules and minimize disruptions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of painting materials and equipment.
• Respond promptly to painting‑related requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the development of innovative painting techniques and solutions.
• Participate in regular maintenance checks to identify areas requiring touch‑ups or repainting.
• Assist in inventory management of paint supplies and materials.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional painter, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
• Proficiency in various painting techniques, including color mixing, application methods, and surface preparation.
• Extensive knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and their appropriate uses.
• Experience with timber treatments and specialty coating applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
