Painting Supervisor

About the role

Anglo Eastern Industries FZE is seeking an experienced Painting Supervisor to lead daily industrial and structural steel painting operations in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality finishes, strict safety compliance, and seamless coordination with production, QHSE, and inspection teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily painting activities for industrial and structural steel projects.
• Monitor surface preparation, blasting, priming, and painting processes to meet specifications.
• Apply paint using airless spray and conventional methods, ensuring proper coverage and thickness.
• Coordinate with Production, QHSE, and Painting Inspectors to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Verify compliance with coating specifications, dry‑film‑thickness (DFT) requirements, and quality standards.
• Enforce company health, safety, and environmental regulations on all painting sites.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial or structural steel painting.
• Hands‑on experience with airless spray and conventional painting techniques.
• Proven ability to supervise painting teams and manage daily operations.
• Strong understanding of coating systems, DFT measurements, and painting specifications.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
