Part-Time Social Media & Content Assistant

About the role

The Noor Creative is seeking a creative and organized Part‑Time Social Media & Content Assistant to manage its Instagram and TikTok presence. This role is ideal for a student, fresh graduate, or junior content creator who wants hands‑on experience in social media, visual content, and lifestyle branding.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create, edit, schedule, and publish Instagram feed posts, carousels, Reels, Stories, and TikTok videos.
• Write captions that reflect the brand’s tone of voice.
• Design simple graphics using existing brand guidelines and templates.
• Edit short‑form videos for Reels and TikTok.
• Repurpose existing photos and videos into engaging content.
• Research current Instagram and TikTok trends and suggest creative ideas.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
• Organise media files and monitor basic comments and engagement.
• Provide a simple monthly performance overview.
• Attend occasional content‑shooting sessions when required.

Required profile

• Good understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong interest in social media, design, fashion, lifestyle or culture.
• Creative, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Awareness of current social media trends.
• Good written English and Arabic.

What we offer

• Part‑time schedule: approximately 4–6 hours per week.
