Partner Sales Director – Global System Integrator (GSI)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Partner Sales Director to lead our Global System Integrator (GSI) strategy from the United Arab Emirates. In this globally focused role you will accelerate growth by building and scaling strategic relationships with GSI partners, driving adoption of open‑source, Linux, cloud and enterprise technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner strategies covering sell‑to, sell‑through and sell‑with motions to increase market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with GSI partners at all levels, from engineers to C‑suite executives.
• Negotiate contracts, commercial agreements and business terms that ensure sustainable partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, sales, marketing and product teams to identify joint opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
• Capture partner and customer requirements, identify gaps, and create new offerings for digital transformation.
• Lead executive interlocks, customer workshops, sales events and public presentations.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in partner or channel sales within the technology sector.
• Strong ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders across multiple organizations.
• Willingness to travel internationally to build and nurture partner relationships.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, distributed environment.
