Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to shape and activate strategic alliances that drive measurable outcomes for our climate‑tech startup. You will work at the intersection of ecological science, GIS, AI, and robotics, helping to expand our ecosystem restoration platform across coastal, marine, and arid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with governments, corporations, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that define clear value creation and accountability.
• Activate partnerships into joint programs, opportunities, and deal flow.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Strategy, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Represent the company in partner meetings, forums, and joint initiatives.

Required profile

• 6–10+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem‑building roles.
• Proven track record working with governments, large corporates, or regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ability to turn partnerships into tangible outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, execution‑oriented mindset.
