About the role
As a Fashion Consultant in the Kids section at Dubai Hills Mall, you will drive sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will support CRM, CX initiatives and contribute to store performance through data collection and omni‑channel client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets while ensuring high guest satisfaction.
- Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
- Support CRM, CX and loyalty program (MUSE) initiatives, including click‑and‑collect SLA compliance.
- Promote the loyalty program, stay updated on app offerings and drive in‑store marketing events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and SOP adherence.
