Passenger Service Agent – UAE National

About the role

The Passenger Service Agent will support ground‑handling operations at Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, ensuring smooth check‑in, boarding and baggage processes while delivering high‑quality service to all passengers, including VIPs and those with special needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome passengers, verify travel documents and issue boarding passes.
• Manage check‑in counters, ensure systems and stationery are ready, and handle excess baggage coupons.
• Weigh, label and load passenger luggage in compliance with allowance and security regulations.
• Provide accurate flight information, gate changes, delays and cancellation updates.
• Assist passengers with special needs such as wheelchair users, unaccompanied minors and medical conditions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient passenger flow.
• Perform ground‑handling functions including BMA, ramp operations, load control and baggage reconciliation.
• Prepare financial charge notes, collect cash where applicable, and generate operational reports.
• Supervise baggage build‑up area, oversee aircraft loading/off‑loading and support crew on the ramp.
• Assist the Ground Handling Supervisor with daily duties and any ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid UAE driving licence.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced airport environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to undergo GSE/GSV training and obtain an ADP if required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
